Roast to Order

We roast all coffee to order to maximise freshness and we currently roast on a Monday. We engage a strict quality control protocol to ensure that all coffee meets our standard. This means that we QC our coffee on a Tuesday morning before giving it the green light to be packaged and dispatched! Orders are generally dispatched no later than Wednesday morning each week unless otherwise arranged. Shipping is then as per our indicated shipping times depending on location and nature. 


Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days or roasting (see above). Shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 5 business days depending on your location.


Shipping Destinations

The Single Guys ship goods Australia wide via Australia Post and by Courier to some regions. We do ship internationally with the price of shipping calculated on a region rate and the weight and size of your parcel. Shipping times are difficult to estimate based on the varied region delivery routes.


Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.


Security Policy

When purchasing from The Single Guys, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Shopify/eWay. Card data is not hosted by The Single Guys after processing.
